Nick plays a critical role within ShopperTrak, ensuring our geographically diverse territories maintain and unified approach while simultaneously respecting regional differences and cultures. He has been instrumental in developing common products and processes globally, enabling us to deliver consistent solutions regardless of location.
He brings a wealth of experience to the business, both commercially and academically. Nick graduated with a PhD in Urban Morphology, which explores how urban landscapes evolve through time, before joining Experian in 1988, first as a market analyst, before his promotion to commercial director for the division for local demographic and economic information.
Nick was heavily involved in the acquisition of ShopperTrak by Tyco.
Global Sales and Marketing Director
Gary started out in working in retail credit and credit referencing before moving into the world of database marketing and market analysis at CDMS. From here he moved to CACI where he launched and headed a market analysis team for the automotive sector. He move to ShopperTrak in 2002, first taking on a business development role in our fledgling Asia Pacific business, which he grew organically in core markets and entered into new strategic markets such as China. He returned from Hong Kong after nearly five years to take on the role of MD of our UK business. Then, as ShopperTrak expanded its global reach, he took up his current position in 2009.
Global Operations Director
Martin joined ShopperTrak as client services director 12 years ago from CACI where he was associate director. Having raised £5.4m of funding, it was an exciting time for ShopperTrak as it transitioned from a small technology business into an information services company. Martin’s team was responsible for developing the original business intelligence system on which ShopperTrak’s business was built but his remit rapidly expanded to include the whole of operations. Today, he is responsible for a 90-strong team that handles implementations, audits data and provides client support worldwide.
Global Financial Director
Nick joined ShopperTrak in 2011 as Finance Director, taking ownership of the business’ financial management across 10 countries. His significant experience in strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions and managing international finance teams are invaluable, and proved beneficial during ShopperTrak’s acquisition by Tyco in 2015.
A Chartered Management Accountant with a business degree, prior to heading up ShopperTrak’s financial operations, Nick held several financial leadership roles at Experian. These included Finance Director at Interactive UK, where over a four year period he successfully supported the growth of the business from start-up to a turnover in excess of £70m.

Head of Product Management
Neil Joined ShopperTrak in 2007 as Product Manager following twenty-five years at Marks and Spencer PLC, where he enjoyed roles ranging from Commercial Management and Site Location Analysis strategy through to Senior Analytical Manager within the Customer Insight Unit.
This breadth of experience as a client of ShopperTrak has been invaluable in shaping the ongoing Product definition and strategy which ensures that the business solutions continue to deliver capable, innovative and customer focused features, whilst stretching out in to new forms of content that support clients in their management of business performance within highly competitive markets
Head of Consulting Services
Dave started his career in the Utility industry, methodically fulfilling almost every technical role possible.
Choosing to focus on business intelligence strategy, he then spent the next 10 years consulting with many global businesses on a pan-European basis. One of these was ShopperTrak, where in 2010 he was instrumental in helping shape its future operating model. He then subsequently joined the company and now heads up the Consultancy team.
He and his global team provide clients with both insight and action plans for driving their business performance.
